The thinnest and most flexible solid recycled plastic plank on the market which makes it excellent edging board due to its flexibilty.

For use as a flexible edging plank - can be used to edge paths, beds and lawns. Tough enough to withstand mower blades but extremely flexible - a 3m plank can be bent in a full circle and is so tough it will not break! This is a bending radius tighter than 50cm, much less than most edging jobs need but a good demonstration of just how flexible it is.

Fixing can be achieved using four stakes per 3m plank. This product should be used with less than 25mm above ground to avoid flexing in high temperatures. If you want to have more than 25mm above ground use more stakes or a heavier duty product such as the 25mm x 150mm x 3m plank.

Other uses:

  • Edging planks (toe boards) for decking and boardwalks
  • Backing boards for signs
  • Palings for palisade and other fences
  • Garden rail track bed - can also be used as a component in the Ladder Frame system to replace the 18mm x 42mm or 18mm x 67mm runners

Lightly textured finish with wood like appearance.

Please be aware that recycled plastic profiles will expand and contract with changes in temperature. This needs to be considered when fixing within a frame or between channels. Recycled plastic boards are more flexible than timber and will require more frequent supports than an equivalent sized timber profile.
