This revolutionary new sheet material is the ultimate alternative to plywood.:
Unlike most standard recycled plastic sheet materials, EHB is made of a recyled mixed plastic core which is compressed and encapsulated in a recycled plastic skin. This structure is stiff, but relatively lightweight - it weighs about a third less than the equivalent thickness of Stokbord, for example. But it is also stiff enough to be used as a hoarding board on building sites with none of the problems caused by the flexibility inherent in PE sheet materials.
It has been used so far in furniture design, as a hoarding material, vehicle panelling and bespoke box and enclosure manufacture and numerous other applications.
Due to the recycled nature of this product some scratches and abrasions may be visible on the surface of the sheet. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the products performance.
The colours can vary from sheet to sheet and are a mixture of mid to dark grey and black. It is made entirely from recycled plastic so the surface texture can vary and contain cosmetic marks and scratches as a consequence of the production process
