These new curves complement the 140mm wide ones we originally developed but are a bit wider at 6". The curves are laid out to maximise the number which can be cut from a sheet on our CNC routing facilities, which minimises the waste and reduces the cost. The radius of each curved section is 30" TO THE CENTRE OF THE BOARD and the arc is 60 degrees, sothree can be used to make a semi circle or six make a complete circle.
