A completely recycled plastic swift nest box in the style used so successfully in the Dutch city of Zeist. These are generally made of plywood. The Filcris Swift nest box can be quickly and easily easily retrofitted to any suitable building and once installed will not rot or need to be replaced.
The white surface of the box not only makes it more attractive, it also helps to regulate the temperature inside the nestbox. The design is based on one approved by Swift Conservation, and allows the inside to be easily inspected and cleaned out, while the size and location of the entrance hole ensures that only swifts can use the box.
This product is made up against order with a lead time 7 - 10 days.
